The Social Story is a purpose-driven social media agency helping you amplify your impact. We work with businesses doing good things in the world to tell their story effectively on social media and connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. As a certified social enterprise, we are committed to creating positive impact with our clients and as a business wherever we can. Through our work, resources and workshops, we want to empower all people to harness the power of social media to create a more equal, sustainable and inclusive world.

Our mission is to empower all people to harness the power of social media to create a positive impact. Through every piece of work we create, we want to ensure that diversity, inclusion, accessibility, sustainability and kindness are at the core of what we do.

Commited to the SDGs

We work with our clients and team members to define the leading SDGs by which they are guided and ensure they have pathways to pursue them through their work. As a Social Traders-certified social enterprise, we have clearly stated our social purpose to help other purpose-driven organisations. We have partnered with B1G1 to donate towards projects aligned with our SDGs. We are also volunteering our time with organisations that would not usually have access to resources and services like us – including Raise Our Voice Australia, Pride by Side and Heard Storytelling. As a fully remote team, we all work hard individually to minimise our environmental impact from our household habits to which financial services we choose to use.
